Bamboo Rice is a rare and seasonal variety of rice harvested from the seeds of mature flowering bamboo plants. Unlike regular rice, this variety is not farmed but naturally collected by tribal communities in forest regions, especially in parts of South India like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Odisha.
